How We Can Work Together
I tailor my support to client’s unique needs, including scaling for small or large groups, scoping the learning to a one day retreat, an extended learning experience, and or a targeted coaching module. Based in NYC, I am available for virtual and in-person collaboration.
Through observation, data, and deep listening, I work with leaders to see their toughest challenges through a new lens. Together, we develop an intervention that matches your values and team’s needs. Leadership coaching is most effective when sustained over a period of time.
Coaching
I work with clients to identify the root causes of their most entrenched challenges and develop a curriculum that moves the group out of their rut and towards impact. At the heart of this work is raising self-awareness, building relationships, enabling others, and challenging assumptions about what’s possible.
