How We Can Work Together
I tailor my support to client’s unique needs, including scaling for small or large groups, scoping the learning to a one day retreat, an extended learning experience, and or a targeted coaching module. Based in NYC, I am available for virtual and in-person collaboration.
Through observation, data, and deep listening, I work with leaders to see their toughest challenges through a new lens. Together, we develop an intervention that matches your values and team’s needs. Leadership coaching is most effective when sustained over a period of time.
Leadership Coaching
Do you dream of a team or community where every member feels like they belong? Where sharing different perspectives leads to stronger work rather than isolation or sidelining? I work with clients to identify the root causes of their most entrenched challenges and develop a path out of the rut. Our shared focus in a culture and strategy partnership is to connect the unique dynamics of your community to the larger patterns of how we humans are socialized to interact with one another. When we all agree to try out new ways of being in community, we can create places for working/learning/worshipping/doing good that build our people’s collective and individual capacity.
The heart of this work is raising self-awareness, building relationships, enabling others, and challenging assumptions about what’s possible.

Public Narrative & Storytelling for Leadership Development
Sharing the moments when our personal values originated and how the same values drive our actions today is a powerful form of storytelling that builds our individual leadership and bonds our communities for greater capacity. Using Public Narrative, developed by legendary community organizer and Harvard senior lecturer Marshall Ganz, leaders and communities craft the stories of who they are, bound and bond the members of the community, and call the community to action. I am an experienced Public Narrative coach, certified by the Leading Change Network.
Professional Learning Communities
We’re never done learning! Let’s combine the principles of adult learning with your team’s lived experiences and professional expertise to learn a new craft or skill. Peer learning communities (PLCs) are an ideal setting for practicing the skill of leadership coaching, fostering informed conversations about the ethics of AI in your field, or deeply understanding the social issue you’re working to eradicate.
